(2) Opening system: generally, crank connecting rod opening and dobby opening are adopted, and cam opening mechanism can also be adopted.
(3) Beating up system: generally, four-bar beating up mechanism is used.
(4) Let off system: mechanical let off mechanism or electronic let off mechanism is generally used.
(5) Coiling system: active continuous coiling mechanism, or electronic coiling mechanism.
(6) Hemming device: planet gear rope is installed with hemming mechanism.
(7) Scissor device: mechanical cutting is generally adopted, and electric cutting is also available.
(8) Cloth supporting device: static or floating mouth, using upper cloth or lower cloth edge support, or full width edge support.
(9) Waste wire treatment mechanism: twist the cut edge and pull it out through the twisting spindle.
(10) Lubrication system: the main transmission system adopts oil bath lubrication, and some parts adopt hand pump or manual regular lubrication.
(11) Control system: adopt single-chip microcomputer control system and PLC or PCC control system, with various detection and control functions.
