4. Fabric surface: visually check whether there are weft shrinkage, edge support defects, auxiliary spray marks and other defects from the fabric opening to the cloth pressing roller or the reverse side of the cloth roller. Timely feedback and treatment are provided.
5. Weft detector: first, visually check whether the light receiving part, weft detecting thread and joint of the weft detector are damaged, broken and loose, and timely feed back and replace if there is any damage, fracture and looseness Then gently wipe the light receiving part of the weft probe with a soft flannelette until there is no foreign matter.
6. Split plate middle support: visually check whether the position of the split plate middle support is correct. The offset of 0.5cm needs to be adjusted. First, hold the lower end of the dividing plate with your left hand, loosen both ends of the dividing plate with a T-shaped 5mm wrench with your right hand, adjust the position parallel to the warp, and then tighten the fixing screws at both ends.
