The weaving position of air-jet loom is restricted by the height of the breast beam, and the movement of the front and rear positions of the breast beam is very small. The upper and lower positions are determined by the thickness of the sizing block.
The upper and lower positions of the knitting mouth depend on the profiled reed. When beating up, the knitting mouth is too high and the center line of the reed groove is higher. If the sliver is too high, the upper lip of the reed groove will touch the cloth surface, causing the sliver to jump, edge support defects and yarn breakage. If the opening is low, the lower lip of the reed groove will break the weft at the opening, and in serious cases, the opening will be damaged and broken.

Setting of warp tension
The setting of warp tension aims at clear opening, reducing warp breakage and improving the quality of real products.
Setting of rear beam height
The height of the back beam is equal to that of the chest beam, and the warp tension of the upper and lower layers is the same, forming a shed. Air jet looms have high speed, large tension and wide cloth width. Reed paths and stripes will appear on the cloth surface of the constant tension shed. Affect the quality of cloth.
The back beam is higher than the chest beam, and the upper warp tension is small, while the lower warp tension is large. It forms the equal tension shed of cloth, which is suitable for plain fabric, and the cloth surface is relatively plump.
The back beam is lower than the chest beam. The upper warp tension is large, and the lower warp tension is small. It also forms a cloth tension shed. It is suitable for twill fabrics with clear lines.
In addition to moving up and down, the rear beam of the new air-jet loom can also move back and forth to adjust the warp length at the rear of the shed and the surrounding angle of the warp to the rear beam.
