1.7 Temperature display: intelligent instrument automatic control, main device: gear motor frequency control of motor speed.

3.1 Small temperature difference on the surface of roller: pre-heating roller, heating roller, powder-pointed roller, with large diameter spiral heat conduction oil circulation.

3.2 Powder amount controller exquisitely, powder hopper interlayer with cooling water cycling, to  prevent power solidification from heating.

3.3 Tension uniform: driven by PLC.

3.4 Work environment optimization: equipped with high pressure spiral dust collection device,   excess powder and dust, centralized processing through pipelines.
