Sanforizer

The machine is used for moistening and preshrinking fabrics of pure cotton, terylene, hemp and their blends, as well as finish wool carpets, in order to shrink the fabrics to meet the requirements of washing shrinkage, constant size and improvement of feel.

1. Nominal width: 1800-3600 mm.

2. Ac frequency conversion transmission, designed speed: 10-100 m/min.

3. Preshrunk ratio: ≤16%, washing shrinkage: ≤1%.

4. Moistening : one steam moistening roller or matched with a special moistening box.

5. Appropriative frequency modulation motor with coder, self display of preshrunk ratio, man-machine interface operation.

6. With supporting roller(2500 mm), display of the drying cylinder, exquisite display of the compacting and straining of rubber carpets, so as to reset the techniques and stabilize the preshrunk ratio.
