The cloth feeding device of flat screen printing machine is equipped with two automatic edge devices,  which can realize tension free,  continuous cloth sticking and cloth roller with automatic temperature control heating device.  It is especially suitable for knitted fabric,  woven fabric, elastic fabric,  home textile fabric and swimsuit fabric etc.

The streamlined servo motor is used for the lifting of the printing frame.

The lifting height can be adjusted freely without any noise.

The printing conduction band washing mechanism adopts the cylinder pushing and mechanical combination,  equipped with three roller brushes,  two scrapers and squeezing roller,  it makes the printing conduction band stay comprehensive clean without water.

The dryer adopts three layers of net independent transmission mechanism,  which can realize tension free drying.  There are two ways of air supply: two sides of the supply of the centrifugal fan.

The automatic printing machine can realize the close connection between plate printing and batch production,  which can greatly improve the production efficiency and insure the pattern is consistent with bath production.

Flat screen printing features： 

1/ The flat screen printing method is that after the scraper moves in the weft direction, the screen plate moves up and down and the cloth surface moves forward, which is more suitable for printing patterns that express pattern effects in the warp direction.
2/ Because it is a nylon screen, the holes for the screen to express the pattern are relatively small, so the lines printed on the cloth will naturally be thinner. In addition, other smaller parts will not be easy to seep together. This characteristic determines the smoothness of the screen. The net is suitable for printing finer patterns, but of course it can also print rougher patterns.
3/ Because the flat screen layout is generally rectangular, there is no requirement for the circumference of the circle.
4/ Cotton fabrics mostly print copyrighted patterns, which require relatively high details and contours, so flat screens can just meet this requirement.

    The main difference between flat screen printing and rotary screen printing is that the plate making materials are different. The flat screen printing plate is a screen made of nylon material, and the frame is generally rectangular. The rotary screen printing plate is a metal mesh made of nickel, and the screen is round.
