Brief introduction of PP spunbond spunmelt nonwoven equipment:

Raw material: PP polypropylene

Spunbond PP melt index: 28-45

Meltblown PP melt index: 1300-1800

Melting point: 166℃

Spunbond fiber denier: 1.8-2.5 denier

Meltblown fiber denier: 1.6-4 microns

 

Non-woven fabrics are mainly used in the following aspects：

1. Medical and health : such as disposable medical supplies, protective clothing, diapers, sanitary napkins, personal hygiene care products;

2. Packaging materials and lining materials: such as various shopping bags, storage bags, packaging bags, household items and lining materials;

3. Agricultural covering materials: such as covering films for sun protection, insect control, cold protection, heat preservation, moisturizing, etc., protective films for planting grass and harvest films, etc.
