Long loop Steamer
This machine is suitable for dye fixation after fabric printing. It can also be used for drying, specifically for drying fabrics after penetration printing.
Application
It is applied to various cotton,hemp,chemical fiber and their blends woven, knitting and non-woven fabric, to steaming color fixation after printing and drying after pigment printing. Fit for various process and dyestuff, fabric weight: 50- 650 gsm.
Technical features
1. Steamer body: steam-sealed entry and exit. (Two circulating fan, two heat exchangers, and two humidification nozzle etc.) Top with condctive oil heating, the observation window with lighting, ring cloth entry rollers, ring mechanism, chain rail, cloth-hanging roller track, cloth-hanging roller, the primary drive, cloth speeder with a cloth amount detector, cloth in and out steam-sealed box, centrifugal machines.
2. Automatic wetting device: High-pressure water pump, high pressure hydration pack, electromagnetic pneumatic angle seat valve, temperature probe, mixing nozzles and other components; steam humidity can be controlled according to process requirements.
3. Out saturated steam generator: the specially designed saturated steam generator produce saturated steam by superheated steam. The makes a low external steam consumption.
