What is the law of heald frame movement? What are the requirements for the movement rules of the heald frame?
Heald frame movement rules
The movement law of the heald frame refers to the relationship between the displacement of the heald frame during the opening and closing process and the rotation angle of the main shaft of the loom.
Requirements for heald frame movement rules:
The speed of heald frame movement must be smooth to avoid sudden changes. The transition of the heald frame from stationary to moving and from moving to stationary should be slow, that is, the acceleration should be small to avoid vibration of the heald frame.
When the warp is in tension, it should move slowly; when it is relaxed, it can move faster. Therefore, the movement speed of the heald frame should be slower when the shed is close to full opening; but the speed can be faster when it is near the heald level position.
