4. Check the lapping condition of the warp shaft and tighten the screws.

6. After weaving a piece of cloth, cut off the knot of the warp and let it pass through the cloth guide rod smoothly.
7. Check the tension of waste yarn and twisted yarn.
8. When the machine is put into operation, adjust the weft dense teeth of coiling, and support several teeth of coiling to see whether it is too slippery.
9. Check the cloth surface every time you weave a meter of cloth. You can't let the bad cloth weave. At the same time, you can find out in time the length of waste yarn, the length of cloth edges and burrs, and whether the hems are good.
