Precautions for the cam shedding device to restore the flat heald working position to avoid vibration of the heald frame

It is a very important step for the cam shedding device to restore the working position after the flat heald operation. It is related to the stability and normal operation of the heald frame. Here are some things to note:

1. Lift the handle up into position: Before locking the flat heald handle, be sure to lift the handle up into position. The purpose of this is to reduce the conjugate gap between the cam plate and the cam rotor and avoid the vibration of the heald frame.

2. Lock the M12 screw: After waiting for the shaft to be mounted, make sure the M12 screw is fully tightened before loosening the handle. This step is to ensure the stability of the screws and further reduce the possibility of vibration of the heald frame.

3. Lock the two thick nuts in the box: In addition to locking the handle and screws, you also need to tighten the two thick nuts in the box. This can increase the stability of the heald frame and prevent the occurrence of jitter problems.

Please note that if the above steps are not followed, the conjugate gap between the cam plate and the cam rotor may become larger, causing the heald frame to vibrate. Therefore, it is important to follow the correct sequence and method to ensure smooth operation of the flat heald.
