Carbon Fiber Rapier Weaving Loom
Carbon fiber looms, also known as carbon fiber weaving machine, are used to weave various fabrics of GSM 200~600. The carbon fiber fabric woven by our carbon fiber loom has a smooth surface and neatly arranged carbon fibers.
Carbon Fiber Loom is mainly used to weave all kinds of fabrics with GSM 200~600. The equipment is composed by creels, loom calender, modified loom with special rapier, etc.
A positively controlled rapier head pulls the weft CF into the open weaving shed. The warp CF is provided from a creel. The weft tapes are inserted without twist by means of the Zero Twist Feeder. Finally, the finished fabric is wound up either inside the machine or with an external winder. Further processing made easy: high-quality CF fabrics.
Carbon fiber fabric has the advantages of high strength, low density and thin thickness, and basically does not increase the self-weight and cross-sectional size of the reinforcing member. Wide range of applications, widely applicable.
